Check Eligibility
Ensure your skateboard, longboard, or accessories are in brand-new, unridden condition with all original tags and protective film intact.
Submit a Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in the original shipping box and affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
